It is with great sadness the Players, Board and Members of the Tea Tree Gully District Cricket Club acknowledge the passing of Des Trussell.
Des was a long serving and much respected member of the Tea Tree Gully District Football Club and was the cornerstone of the Tea Tree Gully Sportsmans Club. There is far too much to say about Des's contribution to sport in Tea Tree Gully - his tireless work with both clubs and with TTG Council has had a tremendous influence on the success of both the Football and Cricket Clubs, with literally thousands of participants of both sports directly impacted by his work.
We extend our deepest sympathy to Des's family - he will be greatly missed at Pertaringa by all.
