We love you Dad

Padre,
Our patriarch and pillar of strength. You led our family with pride and a determination to keep us close. You taught us the importance family, traditions, love and respect. You were a hard-working strong man, working two jobs to provide a better life for us and for that we will be eternally grateful. We will always remember your cheeky smile, playing cards, drinking wine and your love for music. Whenever we are on the dance floor we know you will be dancing the tarantella with us, stomping, clapping and whistling - you were the master. A man of few words, but when you spoke you shared your profound wisdom and cheeky humour. In your later years we had the privilege of really getting to know you and care for you - it was truly an honour. You held on tight and wouldn't leave until we were all together surrounding you with our love. We kept our promise to Mum and looked after you until the end and now you are back in Mum’s arms.
Our King and Queen together again.
We will miss you Dad, give Ma a kiss for us.

A Dad’s love is special, a gift beyond compare
You only know the meaning when he is no longer there
A special time, a special face, A special Dad we can’t replace.
With an aching heart we whisper low
We miss you Dad and love you so.

Love always your children Frank and Maria, Teresa and Umberto, Laurie and Carla, Rosa and Donato, Vicki and Charlie, Nino and Superna. Dominic and Kerry, Grace and Frank.

Nonno Tony,
we will miss your cheeky toothless smile and that sparkle in your eyes.

You were an incredible man and inspired us with your courage, hard work and resilience. You instilled in us the value of a strong work ethic, to respect each other and gave us the greatest gift - a large and loving family. We felt your love and care in so many ways and have fond memories of sharing a meal with you, treated to wine and lemonade, making sausages and seeing you happiest in your vegetable garden. You were the life of our parties and nobody came close to dancing the tarantella like you. We are forever grateful for the sacrifices you made, migrating from Italy to Australia and enabling us to live the lives you had dreamed. Nonno,we will miss your sense of humour, words of wisdom and promise to carry and pass on your legacy to the next generation. It comforts us to know you are reunited with our beautiful Nonna Ciccia.
Love you forever, your grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Alex, Jackie and family, Sofia, Brett and family, Michael and family, Francesca, Emmanouel and family, Tony, Alana and family, Anna, Dino and family, Roccy, Kerry and family, Paul and Nikola, Carmel and family, Francesca and Anthony, Joey and Lily, Tony, Rosa and family, Antonio and Sally, James, Adele and Stephen, Jordan, Matthew, Nicola and Amelia. xoxo
