A great doctor and a charming friend, Danny will be remembered as a caring and dedicated GP, much loved by his patients.
In the 1980s, he became particularly interested in medical acupuncture, and became a leader in the field.
He was the organiser of The Monash University course, where many of us benefitted from his teaching.
Also, he had the political drive to enable Medicare to provide rebates to assist with patient care.
He was much respected by his colleagues, both here and internationally.
Our deepest condolences to Miriam and families..
We shall all miss him.
