Mia Cara e Bellissima Bianca
Ti ho amato per tutta la mia vita, e lo faro’ sempre
Sono stato devestato a conoscere la tua malattia
Volevo cosi tanto aiutarti a curarti
Ma non doveva essere
Dio ti ha chiamato
Era tempo che tu andassi dalla tua mamma
Sara per sempre nel mio cuore
Il tuo affettuoso marito, Mario
God saw you getting tired
and a cure was not to be
so he put his arms around you
and whispered, “Come to Me”.
With fearful eyes, we watched you
and saw you pass away
and although we love you dearly
we could not make you stay.
A Golden heart stopped beating
hard working hands at rest.
God broke our hearts to prove to us
he only takes the best.
You did so much for us. We will miss you dearly. Our memories of you will live forever in our hearts. Love you always, Estera, Philip, Christie, Nicolas, Peter and Anthony
If roses grow in Heaven,
Lord please pick a bunch for me.
Place them in my Mother’s arms,
And tell her they are from me.
Tell her I love her and miss her
And when she turns to smile,
Place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for me.
Because remembering her is easy,
I do it every day.
But there is an ache in my heart
That will never go away.
Love you Mum.
Raffaele
Dearest Mum
It was an absolute honour to care for you at your end of life
As you cared for me since the beginning of mine
I will forever treasure the lessons I learned during this time
You brought out of me courage and strength I didn’t know I had
We shed many tears
Both from watching you suffer,
But also from laughing so hard, at our nightly antics
I will forever love you
La Mia Mammina e partita, e lontano. Io la vorrei tanto tanto baciare.
Your dearest “sordato” Antonietta, and Joe
Carissima Nonna,
Thank-you for filling our childhood with your famous struffoli, fusilli and pizza.
More than anything we wish we could eat them with you one more time.
We will miss coming over to your house and finding you in the garden or feeding your chickens, wearing a questionable cardigan and shoe combination.
We will always admire your strength, and also your beautiful heart.
We have never met anyone as loved or as loving as you.
We miss you everyday,
Love from Lucymarie, Bianca, Giulia and Suzie
Cara Mama,
You have been the most caring and loving Mum.
There just wasn’t enough time.
I feel that you were taken from me far too early.
I wanted to hold you, kiss you, and laugh with you one more time.
We still had so many things to look forward to, but I know that you will be by my side throughout the rest of my life, looking after me.
When I look above and see that bright shining star, or the birds flying along the horizon, I will blow you a kiss, because that is all I am left with.
I will miss you so much Mum. Every time I make fusilli, I will think of you.
I am so lucky to have had you as my Mum and so happy that I had the strength to look after you with all my heart.
I gave it my all, so I am sorry that we had to say goodbye so soon.
Ti amo Mama. Rest in Peace.
With all my love, your Daughter,
Mirella.
Cara Nonna,
Words cannot describe how much you mean to us and how much we will miss you.
We will miss giving you a squeeze and a kiss every time we come to visit.
Your thoughtfulness, your heart, and your actions will be cherished forever.
We will miss your infectious smile, your cheeky laugh and your one liners.
You were a gift from Heaven, and we were lucky enough to have you as our Nonna.
You were such a nurturing, compassionate and caring Nonna who would not rest until you knew our bellies were full.
Mum and Dad thank-you for all the guidance and support you gave them. You helped raise us, care for us, and they will forever be grateful.
You loved us all so deeply, and for that we are the luckiest grandchildren in the whole world.
We love you Nonna Bianca and are glad that you can now finally be at peace.
Sing and dance with your Mum and the Angels Nonna.
Until we meet again.
Your loving grandchildren,
Rose-Marie, Matthew, Jessica, Sam, Natalie & Daniel,
and Pino & Mirella
Carissima Bianca
