TOONEN, Paulus

Paulus, my partner of 28 years, died peacefully at the A.J. Whittle Palliative Care Unit on 30/12/2022.

A few words cannot express my feelings of his passing.

"You're going straight to heaven!" I told him, and he was happy with what I had said.

Thank you to family & friends for helping Paulus, especially in the last month of his life; and thank you for helping me to help Paulus.

You are forever in my heart.
