It is with heavy heart that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother, grandmother Maria Montagna Tocchetti
aged 94 years.
Beloved wife of Sebastiano (Deceased)
Reunited again after
25 years.
After a life filled with love, dedication and devotion
to her family Maria
passed away peacefully
on 26th of May 2025.
Born in Taurianova Reggio Calabria, Italy on the 9th of September 1930.
Maria was a pillar of strength and the heart
of our family.
She dedicated her life to caring for others serving as a mother figure not
only to her own children but also her brothers
and sisters.
Beloved mother of Adriana and Mary-Louise, mother-in-law to
Joseph and Dino.
Cherished Nonna to Daniel, Nadia, Joseph
and Mikaela.
Maria will be deeply missed by her family in Australia and her extended family in Italy who held her close in
their heart despite the distance.
The family wishes to
thank the Calvary Flora McDonald Aged Care for their compassionate
care during this time.
