TEPPER Albert William (Bill) 3.8.1943 - 7.7.2011 Loving partner of Pon, father of Jason and Justine (Franklin), Lisa and Mike (Johnston) and Briony and Rob (Shannon), grandfather to Zach, Alex and Annabelle. Son of Albie and Lilly (McInnes) (both dec.), loving brother of Sandra and John Miller, Mary Burns and families. After a brief illness passed away July 7, 2011 at the Austin Repat Hospital.
