Hazel passed away peacefully at Adventist Care Alstonville on 1 April 2020 aged 91 years. Loved wife of Geoffrey (dec), beloved mother & mother-in-law of Christine, Cheryl & Ken and Wayne. Loving Mama of Mark, Michelle, Sharon, Daniel, Kellie, Adam, Makaylia, Carl and Joseph. Proud great-grandmother of her 11 great-grandchildren.

A memorial service celebrating Hazel’s life will be held on her birthday in December. A notice will be published closer to the date.
