Joe was a small man but his generosity of heart was big. He always had time for you, no matter where he was going or what he was doing he would stop and lend an ear to listen and offer advise or just talk of good times. He was a man who accepted everyone no matter their status or predicament. He was not afraid of speaking his mind to anyone that he struck up a conversation with and always left on friendly terms. His jolly smile and bubbly personality will be missed by me and by all that had the pleasure of crossing paths with him. He was not just my sister's husband but he was like my big brother who looked out for us all. Joe there is an empty chair that will never be filled with your smiling welcoming face. We will all miss you, from your brother(in law) Joe, nephews and niece, Adam, Oliver and Eleanor
