The Lithuanian Community of Tasmania wish to thank Al for a life time of constant, impeccable support in roles ranging from leadership through advocacy to the literary and the academic fields. That he could do so is testament not only to his intellect but also to his enduring love of the country of his birth as it fought for restoration of its independance from the Soviet Union.

He will be missed.
