TANTI. - Michael, passed away on Dec. 29, 2001. Oh my Papa, To us he was so wonderful, Oh my Papa, To us he was so good. Gone are the days when he would take me on his knee, And with a smile he'd change my tears to laughter. Oh my Papa, so thoughtful and so lovable, Deep in our hearts we miss him so today. Beloved and cherished husband of Maryanne (dec.) for over 50 years. Loving father of Sylvia, Carmen, Cathy and Mary. Father-in-law of Victor, Sam, Nelson and Ivan. As we sat beside your bed, And gently stroked your tired head, We tried so hard not to cry, But we knew one day we had to say goodbye, We prayed to the Lord to stop all the pain, And let you come home with us again, But your heart of gold stopped beating, Your smiling eyes at rest, God broke our hearts to prove, He only takes the best.
