SZAPPANOS. - Elek. 14/6/1929 - 27/3/2007 Died unexpectedly. He sat down and was gone. Peacefully at Merricks Beach, with his beloved Uschi at his side. Let him cook; surround him with noise and what a happy man he would be. The fragrance of his cooking (the schnitzels, gulyas - his chestnut puree) these smells and tastes will linger in our memories. Devoted, loving and beloved husband to Uschi, father of Julie, Ann and Vicky and his loved son-in-law Terry. Precious brother of Maria (dec.), Teri, Gyuszi (dec.) and Vilma and their spouses Zoltan (dec.), Laci (dec.), Gerda (dec.) and Bela. Remembered by all the extended families in Australia, Hungary, Scotland and Poland - Szappanos, Barb, Raduly, Renyi, Kolumban, Meskal, Andraczke, Czerkaski.
