SWIFT (Heale). - Michelle Susan 28.06.1964 - 26.04.2007 Passed away peacefully at Cabrini, Prahran, surrounded by her loving family. Dearly loved daughter of Mary and Lew. Much loved and loving mother of Aaron, loved sister of Rod and Nicole. Sister-in-law of Jo and Darren. Dear auntie of Emma and Lauren, James and Sarah. Michelle, you were taken from us far too young. You had so much pain and suffering and your courage and determination were an inspiration to all. You'll forever be loved and never forgotten. You fought for 8 years Michelle, until you could no more, and now you are at rest with Grandma and Grandpa Stewart, Grandpa Heale, cousins Kirsten and Kerryn. Our sincere appreciation is extended to the many specialists, surgeons, doctors and all nursing staff, for their care and compassion given to Michelle during her long illness. Our beloved daughter, now you are free again to run, ride your motorbike and do all the things you so much enjoyed. All our love forever. - Mum and Dad. Now at Peace
