Passed away peacefully after a courageous and brave fight surrounded

by her loving family

25th March 2023

Aged 83 years

Beloved Sister of Tony (dec), Marian and Colin

Special thanks to Dr Will Staridas,

Dr Jamie Morton, 4 west and the

Palliative Care Team for your love and

support whilst Patricia was in your care.

It was truly a pleasure to come back in your final years

and spend some quality time with you as an older man, tidying

up the house and making it new again,

just as the day you had moved into it.

So proud of you mum and thanks for

being you!

You were one in a million and we will

never forget you. One more star to

shine down on us. Reunited with dad

and finally pain free. Thank you for caring

for us and making us laugh everyday!

We love you more than words!
