31.9.1920 - 14.3.2019
It is with a heavy heart we announce the death of Glady, marking the end of an era.
She lived a full and happy 98 years and her illness was thankfully short.
Mother to Sue and Steve, John and Bea. Grandmother to Rebecca and Edwin,
Daniel and Tala, Abigail and Adrian and Sharon. Great grandmother to Joey and Nicole.
We were all blessed to call her kin. She will be remembered with heartfelt fondness as a lady
of old-world values. She had the heart of a tiger, the courage of a lion and the strength of an
ox and she brought the best out of all those who were lucky enough to know her.
A better example of seeing the beauty in life could never be found.
Thank you to the Staff at Snug Village and Dr Hamilton for their care, support and understanding
of this remarkable lady.
