STEEDMAN Pete


Loyal friend and comrade. Staunch in the bad times, celebrated with us in the good, and always standing strong. Pete joined the Municipal Employees Union in 1980 and remained a member until the end.


Hard working, great company, generous, occasionally outrageous, Pete was a champion of the labour movement with a well tuned political antenna.


Loved and missed by all of us who had the good fortune to work and socialise with him.
