STANLEY (nee Holmes), Mary.
Passed away peacefully, aged 91, in Canberra on Thursday, June 7, 2018.
Daughter of Thelma (nee Johnson) and Harold Holmes, Mary was born in Launceston on January 22, 1927, lived in Ross and attended Methodist Ladies College, Launceston in the 1940s. She moved to Melbourne as a young woman and married Syd Stanley in 1952. Together they have four children, Janet, Sandra, Glenn and Lynette. Mary is the love of Syd's life, and beloved by her children and their partners, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Much loved, sorely missed.
A funeral service will be held at Norwood Park Crematorium in Canberra at 1.30pm on Wednesday, June 13, 2018.
