Most beloved father of Dean; enduringly beloved friend of Beverley Spalding. Father-in- law of Kate; Grandfather ( Poppy ) to Merri, Emily and Elisabeth. All with broken hearts, save for the assurance that Ivan has stepped into a place of healing, wonder and delight. Ivan passed peacefully listening to a hymn sung softly and tenderly , just for him: Ye who are weary, come home.
