Family and Friends are invited to attend a Service for Jeff at Mt Thompson Crematorium, East Chapel, Nursery Road, Holland Park, Friday, 24th September, 2010, at 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted for Union Aid Abroad (APHEDA) at the after celebration.
