SLADE. - Charles William (Hop) On Oct. 19, 2004 at Creswick Hospital. Son of the late Charles Edward Slade and Violet Maud Rowen. Husband of Thelma Holmes Davies (dec.). Brother of Marjorie and Elsie (both dec.). Thanks to staff at John Curtin Hostel and Creswick Hospital for their compassionate caring. As was Charles' wish a Private Funeral Service was held at the Doveton Park Funeral Centre on THURSDAY (Oct. 21, 2004). Rev. Richard Martin kindly officiated.
