Passed away peacefully at Hobart Private Hospital.

Adored and loving husband to Matthie for 55 years. A much loved father to Angela and Michael. Beloved Opa to Georgia, Jemima and Oscar. A dearly loved brother to Pamela and Raymond, and brother-in-law to Adrian and Marie. Father-in-law to Karina. Cherished son of William and Dora (both deceased).

A special thank you to all the doctors and nurses who cared for Max during his many health battles, particularly his GP: Dr Paul Thompson.

I HAVE FOUGHT THE GOOD FIGHT.
