It is with great sorrow that the family of Geoff Simmonds announces that after a long battle with heart disease, he passed away peacefully at home on Monday, 2nd May 2022.
Dearly loved wife of Cynthia and much loved Father/Father-In-Law of Debbie and Barry, Susan and Michael and Joanne. He will be sadly missed by all.
Special thanks to Dr Richard Lin for all his care and support during Geoff's recent hospital stays.
The family will hold a private memorial service to celebrate Geoff's life.
