SHORT Peter Born January 28, 1957 Died peacefully in Cabrini Palliative Care on December 29, 2014 Husband and dearest friend of Elizabeth, adored Dad of Mitch, brother of Jill, Greg and Leigh. Brother-in-law of Chris, Jenny, Neil, Trish and Wendy. Uncle of Sally, Emma, Sam, Ben, Hayley, Jess, Dan and Rachel. Great uncle of Kye. Loved and licked by his beloved dog Missi. Will be dearly missed by us all. ----------- So hard to write this. Not because I'm too sad but just because I can't capture the unforgettable man that you were and the incredible life we led together, in this little spot. Fluffy and I will honour your memory, living our lives as we know you wanted us to do. We will miss you so, so much. Rest now, my best Mate. _ Elizabeth xx ----------- We are all so proud of you Pete. You met your death as you lived your life - full-on, joyfully and with great humour. So many memories to hold close and to share going forward with Libby and Mitchell. _ Jill, Sally, Emma, Sam and Ben. ----------- You fought the good fight and will be sorely missed. Will always remember our last Christmas together. _ Greg, Wendy and Hayley. ----------- R.I.P. Peter Short - a man of endless passions including work, travel, family, friends, animals, fitness, red wine, Ferraris, farting (sorry) and of course setting and achieving goals. Thanks for marrying the greatest woman on the planet in Libby and helping to bring the awesome guy Mitch (a.k.a. Fluffy) into the world and thanks for providing me with a place to call home when I visited Melbourne over the last 17 years. I love that you lived life to the full with no regrets or excuses and bloody hell, I miss you already. _ Leighdy. xo ----------- Woof! Love _ Missy xx
