Dearly loved daughter of Matilda May (nee McPharlin) and James O'Brien.

Loved sister and sister-in-law of Bill and Peg, Dawn and Ted, Eileen, Kathleen, Jim and Barbara (all deceased).

Wife of Keith (deceased).

Much loved Mother and Mother-in-law of Janet and Christopher (deceased); Wendy and Glenn, Glen and Natalie.

Dearest Nanna Shirley of Elyse, Caitlyn, Callum (deceased) and Gabrielle; Natarsha, Jai and Sade; Billy, Chante, Cherise, Jack and Hayden.

Great Nanna of Jesse, Jacob, Levi and Shania; Milan, Venice, Bailey and Sienna; Jaeger.

Thank you to Dr Tony Pace for his care of Mum for over 25 years; ECH Home Care Staff; and a very special thank you to Charles Young Aged Care, especially Banksia Staff for the beautiful care of Mum in her last days.

If roses grow in Heaven, Lord please pick a bunch for me; place them in my Mother's arms and tell her they're from me. Tell her I love her and miss her, and when she turns to smile, place a kiss upon her cheek and hold her for a while. Because remembering her is easy, I do it every day, but there's an ache within my heart that will never go away. I love you Mummy everyday forever xxx... Wendy.

Mum, no more pain; no more fear; now at peace. Thank you for all you have done for us over the years. Those we love don't go away, they walk beside us every day. Unseen, unheard but always near, still loved, still missed and held so dear. Love Janet and family.

Mum you have always been there for us, all throughout the years. Always with good advice and a caring heart. We will cherish and remember the love you gave us. Love from Glen and family.
