The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
Mum, you have held my hand my whole life, loved me & picked up after me. Then became Grannie, you loved & helped to raise my children. Lastly you became Grannie-Gran to your adorable grand daughters. I could not have asked for a better Mum, you were more than a Mum, you were my best friend. Love and miss you always. Belinda
What a wonderful Grannie & Grannie-Gran we all had! Everyone we knew, wished they could have one just like you! You always knew what to say, when to give a cuddle or just listen. We are all going to miss you dearly. Love you. Tamara.
Grannie you were the best, always there for me, advice when I needed it and loving me even when I had done the wrong thing. You would always say- You shouldn't do that but was it a good burnout. Love you.
Nick
