It is with great sadness to announce the passing of Robert “Herbie, Bob, Brasso, Rob, Robbie” Kenneth Shaw, 75, of Swanpool. Robert passed away peacefully, surrounded by family. He was a loving father to Christopher, Colin and Tania, dear friend and ex husband to Bev and funny grandad to Zane & Teal. Herb will be remembered for his humour, kindness and love of the great outdoors.
A special thank you to the staff of Benalla Hospital and Bob’s close friend Sandy Lucas, who supported him with love and care, particularly during his final 6 months. The Shaw family are very grateful for your kindness.
As per Rob’s wishes, there will be no funeral service. A private cremation will be held.
