The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
To hear your voice to see you smile to sit and talk a while.
To be together in the same old way would be our greatest wish today.
If we could have a lifetime wish, a wish that would come true, I would want to wish
with all our hearts for yesterday and you.
You never failed to do your best, your heart was true and tender you simply
lived for those you loved, and those you loved remember.
May her dear soul rest in peace
