Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family.

Deeply loved by his family and friends for his kindness, patience, care and compassion. A formidable writer, thinker and academic, he made lasting contributions to the field of education through his work and his students.

A wonderful man admired by many.

Will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed.
