The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
RYE. - Ronald (Ronnie). To my dearest darling, you slipped away suddenly when you promised to stay a few more years but I guess God had other plans. But let me say, you were the highlight of my day when we were together. You know darling, you have thrown me for a sixer, I'm at a loss now. I told you nearly everyday I loved you. I loved the nicknames you had for us all. I loved your wit, that always made me laugh but you and I know what we had together, will never go. There was never a dull moment with us. You were my rock, you never said no to anyone, you wouldn't sit still and now darling, you're in the best of hands now. So now you can sit back and relax and watch everyone else work for a change. Love you always and forever. May God be with you. Love - Glenys RYE. - Ronald (Ronnie). We really can't find the words to say just how sad we feel today. Love - Ethan
