Loved husband of Meg (dec). Loved father and father in law of Michael and Sandy Rutledge and Gaye and Noel McDermott. Always a wonderful grandpa to his grandchildren and their partners: Kim and James Lucas, Louis and Christine Rutledge, Carla and Connell O'Neill, Tom and Spring McDermott, Megan McDermott and Jack Foster.
Loved and caring great grandpa of Harley, Lillian, Spencer and Monty; Jesse, Quinn and Kenzie; Daniel and Charlotte; and baby Foster McDermott on the way.
Always ready to chat about ancient Rome or WWII. Passed away peacefully but unexpectedly.
He will always be in our hearts.
