RUSSO, LEONILDA (nee Cavaiuolo). Born in Tufara Valle, P. Avellino, Italy on October 7, 1930 Passed away peacefully in Adelaide, S.A. on August 2, 2018 Aged 87 years Beloved wife of Carmine (deceased). Dearly loved mother and mother-in-law of Vera and Charlie, Gae and Rex, Rosanna, Eugene and Louise. Grandmother of Michael and Paul, Sarah and Joey, Simone and David, Christopher and Kim, Adam and Laleh, Ellie, Hayden, Jaya and Abigail. Great-grandmother of Jonathon, Xavier and Mackenzie. Loved and respected by her brother, sisters, brother-in-laws, sister-in-law and their families. Dearly loved and remembered by relatives and friends in Australia and overseas. The family would like to sincerely thank all the nursing staff and caring staff at Gaynes Manor for their unwavering, effortless, compassionate care and support for our Mum. Mum you are a loving, amazingly strong, independent woman, you spent your life creating a safe world for us. Now, no doubt, you are there preparing for when we meet again. Thank you for your counsel, wisdom and love over a life time, you will be missed. An Angel hug for our Mum. If roses grow in heaven, Lord, please pick a bunch for us.
