ROWELL. - Francis Albert (Frank) Formerly of `Carronshore', Tooborac. Passed away peacefully at Epworth Hospital, Richmond, after a short illness on Feb. 13, 2008, aged 88 years. Dearly loved husband of Phyllis (dec.). Loving father of Meg (dec.), Rosemary, Virginia and Peter. Fond father-in-law of Andrew and Pru, Ross, Ian and Sue. Devoted Grandpa of Sally, Lucy, Martine, Brooke, Justin, Stuart, Kate, James, Tom, Sarah, Michael, Sam and Tim and special G-G to Nicholas, Stephanie, Madeleine, Charlie and Freya. `A gentle man at peace'
