The Language of Us
Doris Falidis-Nickolas’ poetry beautifully captures love, loss, and remembrance, offering comfort to those navigating grief.
There was always so much joy and love when you were with ana. We will never forget the beautiful guitar playing and singing. I have never met anyone that could play Scrabble aswell as ana if there was a seven letter word she would know it. Always proud to be a maori ana would greet everyone with a huge kiaora and a big hug. I was lucky to be invited to a hangi with ana the food was amazing.
I would like to thank all the dedicated staff at the Royal Hobart hospital, the palliative care team& independent health services who cared above and beyond for ana
RIP now ana you will always be remembered,
Love from your friends surnamed, Wallington, Smith, McIntosh and many more xo
