ROONEY, Barrie Vincent It is with great sadness / happiness that we announce the passing of Barrie, on 1st October 2017, after a very courageous battle with Motor Neurone Disease. Beloved husband of Liz. Dearly loved Dad and father-in-law of Janine and Shaun, Dot and Marty, Karlene, Mark and Maz. Much loved Poppa of Tatiana, Nickia and his much doted on cat Gigi. Barrie's family and friends are respectfully invited to attend his funeral service, to be held in the Chapel of Metropolitan Funerals, cnr Nind and Davenport Sts, Southport on Monday, 9th October 2017, commencing at 10:30 am
