RIGBY, Joan

RIGBY - Joan, passed away peacefully on Oct. 25, at Frankston Hospital. A wonderful mother to both Stewart and Cameron. A very special Grandma to Andreas. A loving "MIL" to Alison, and a devoted "Mum" to so many of our friends.
