RICHARDS, (Frederick) John OAM

Down to earth, fiercely independent passionate, and a true visionary. John generously dedicated his life to serve the rural Victorian community. In 2007 he was the founder and benefactor of Australia’s only multidisciplinary research centre in rural ageing and aged care. John leaves a legacy that will endure for many years to come. We will honour his philanthropy and fulfill his vision to improve the lives and wellbeing of older rural Australians. John will be greatly missed.
