RICHARDS. - Francis William (Frank) Passed away Oct. 10, 2008 at Bill Crawford Lodge, Ballarat Husband of Jean Isabell (Tup). Father to Rhonda, Lindsay, Ray, Sonia, Gaynor and Janice. Father-in-law to Michael (dec.), Joanne, Deborah, Brian, Victor and Geoff. Grandfather (Pop) to Liana and Greg and Chayce (dec.), Deanna and Michael and Charli, Tarrant (dec.), Jared and Zane; Alexandra; Bradley; Justin, Heath and Hayley; Krystelle and Zac.
