17 March 1931 - 10 August 2021 Aged 90 years. Dearly loved husband of Elfriede (deceased). Much loved uncle of Ross and Jeanette. Cherished Opa of Carl and Harriet, Sian and Alex. Great-Opa of Floyd. Remembered fondly by his family and friends in Germany and Australia. Our teacher, gardener, builder, winemaker, beekeeper, adventurer, researcher, and gentle giant will live on in our hearts forever.
