REES, Philip Ramon Passed away peacefully at Laurel Hospice. Aged 77 years. Dearly loved partner of Helen. Much loved, supportive father figure of Kristy, Damien, Angela and Simon. Cherished, caring, teasing and fun loving Poppa of Jackson, Summer, Alex and Helena. Your memory we will always treasure, in our hearts you will stay forever.
