Passed away peacefully on Sunday 19/9/21.

Much loved daughter of James and Mollie Hume (both dec).
Wonderful sister to Barb and Greg (dec).
Much loved wife of Grant (dec) and
adored mother of Barbara, Gillian, Katherine, Paul, Libby, Lou,
Barney, Tony & Chrissie. Wonderful mother-in-law to Jeff (dec),
John, Daniel, Belinda, Michael, Charlie, Adrienne and Craig.
Adored and loving grandmother to Daniel, Matthew, David, James and Sophie,
Tom, Joe and Ben, Lucy, Lily and Charlie, Olivia, Chris and Amanda,
Sam, Georgie and Matt, Luke and Michael,
Tim and Ruby, Edward, Lachie, James, Christo and Will.
Loving great grandmother to Kai, Camellia, Alysia, Ezra, Charlie, Will,
Lucy, Percy, Molly, Angus, Zoe, Alice, Billy, Seb, and Paddy.
A great friend to many.
With many thanks to Dr Kevin Rose for his love and care over the years,
Dr Jenny Shao and all the kind and caring people at Mary McKillop.
Her amazing legacy and spirit lives on in her 9 children,
26 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren (so far).

Now dispensing love, cups of tea and cake in heaven.

A celebration of Pat’s life will be held when restrictions allow.
