RASA (Rasaratnam) passed away peacefully on 31st August 2023 surrounded by his sons, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren.

Rasa was the devoted husband of the late Indrawathy, loving father of Radhesha (Rad), Indhresha (Indi) and Brindhesha (Brindi), father-in-law of Gowry, Uma and Suba, grandfather of Keshinie (and husband Shiyam), Krishnan, Natasha, Kiran and Anisha, and great-grandfather of Jayalakshmi and Meenakshii.

Rasa was the eldest son of the late Mr K and Mrs N Appathurai, brother of the late Mahesaratnam, the late Theiventhiran, the late Atputhanathan, Arunthavanathan, Sathiananthan, and Thiraviarathinam.
