30.10.1961 - 22.4.2019
Julie died peacefully, surrounded by love, laughter and tears. Beloved youngest child of Don and Irene (both dec), cherished sister and sister-in-law of Sandra, Stephen and Jacky, and Vicki and Bill. Loving auntie and friend of Ireena and Adam, Lauren and Paul, and loved niece and cousin of the O’Beirne and Harrison families.
The family extend their heartfelt thanks to all the medical, therapy and carer staff that engaged with Julie over many years and helped her in so many ways to keep her independence and enjoy a life worth living.
Julie requested a private cremation, as a celebration for all family and friends will be held at a later date.
Donations in Julie’s memory can be made to the Dogs’ Homes of Tasmania.
Adored sister of Sandra, most loved auntie of Ireena and friend of Adam (Prince Charming). We don’t know what we will do without you Julie. No more pain. Love you so much. Sleep peacefully xxx
Wonderful and much loved sister of Steve and sister-in-law of Jacky. Loving auntie of Lauren and Paul. Thanks for your unconditional love, care, support... and lollies! Even Carlton won for you! Steve x Starting to cry!
Treasured sister of Vicki and loving sister-in-law of Bill (her personal bag carrier). Juls, I’ve lost count of the number of Carlton footy matches, grand finals (even some that Carlton won!), Australian Open tennis games and concerts that we attended together. Without you beside me they won’t be the same. You took care of me as much as people think I took care of you. All our love xxx
