Passed away peacefully at Cabrini Hospital after a short illness. Dearly loved wife of Geoffrey Thomas Blake (dec.). Loving mother of Philip, David & Cathie. Loved mother in law of Dawn (dec.), Gillian & Cam. Cherished Gran of Ellie, Lachlan, Hannah, Paige & Emma. Rae was an amazing lady, 85 years old, independent, sharp as a tack and, most importantly, a spectacular Mum & Gran. Forever in our hearts. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Motor Neurone Association would be appreciated, envelopes will be available at the service.
