PICA. - Alf. As a husband, father, son, grandfather and father-in-law you had no peer. Your whole life was devoted to loving and caring for each and everyone of us. We love you and miss you deeply. You may be gone, but we feel your presence everywhere. - Gloria, Nina, Vic, Simone, Steven, Lisa, Emily and Jack. Thank you to the Oncology Staff at Box Hill Hospital, with special thanks to Dr Leong Lim. Alf, you were and still are my whole world. I love you so very much my darling. I will miss you every day until we are once again reunited. - Your loving wife Gloria. Alfonso, you were our only child. We were together from your first day until your last. We have always been very proud of you and thank you for looking after us as we grew older.
