Dave, our hearts are broken that you left us so soon.
A part of us is missing and it will never be the same without you.
You will be so dearly missed. Thank you for your friendship, the wonderful times and laughter we have shared over the years. We are blessed to have known you.
You have touched our lives by your kind and generous spirit and heart of gold. Always a true gentleman and a wonderful friend to have. You always had a smile, staying so positive, even in the hardest of times during your battle.
You fought so hard, with courage and grace. You are an inspiration to all of us. You are loved by all of us. Your beautiful family, Jo, Luca and Olivia are a testament to your loving spirit, care and devotion as a husband and father and the best of you shines through them.
