PIANTADOSI, Carmine Born January 3, 1932 in Squillani, Prov. Avellino, Italy. Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on May 25, 2019. Aged 87 years. Loved and treasured husband of Giulia. Loved and cherished father and father-in-law of Angela and Dino, Silvana and Tony. Loved and adored Nonno of Daniel and Celeste, Emily, Alexander and Bianca. Loved son of Salvatore and Angelina Piantadosi (both deceased). Loved son-in-law of Maria and Emilio Ambrusco (both deceased). Loved by his brothers and sisters, brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, family and friends in Australia and overseas. Rest in Peace. To my darling husband, Carmine, you were lovingly by my side every day for 62 years. You were a caring husband, a treasured father and an adoring grandfather. I will miss your patience, selflessness, and your beautiful smiling eyes. Your loving wife, Giulia. To our beautiful Dad and Nonno, your passing has left us with deep sadness, but we will always treasure our time together and all of the wonderful memories we have of your kindness, gentleness and humble nature. You taught us how to love unconditionally. Although you are no longer with us here on earth, you continue to live on in our hearts forever. Love you always, Angela, Dino, Daniel, Celeste and Emily. To our precious Dad and Nonno, you were a strong, gentle and loving man throughout your life. You showed us how to live with compassion and to treat others kindly, and with respect.
