Passed away peacefully December 17, 2019, surrounded by his family and friends. Aged 60 years. Much loved husband of Lyndy. Loving father of Todd and Brett. A life well lived and a battle well fought. Many thanks to Professor Dr Wickham and the wonderful staff in Marion Ward at Ashford Hospital.
