PERRI (nee Barro) Luigia (Louisa) 6.9.1925 - 16.5.2015 Mum, in the early hours of Saturday morning, God called you to be by His side to join your loved ones that had gone before you. Reluctantly you went, not that you were afraid of dying, but for the fact that you were leaving us. With your last breath you showed your selflessness and unconditional love for us for you knew your pain would end and you were going to a peaceful place, though your concern was for us. You lived for us and your love overflowed to our families as our spouses were truly treated as your children. Your love only grew as the family extended to your 22 grand-children and 14 great-grand-children. You taught us the importance of family and we are thankful for this precious gift. You were also a loyal friend to many showing sincerity, generosity and hospitality to everyone who encountered you. You have left a legacy of love and respect which we will all endeavour to continue through our own families. You were so brave, courageous and your faith in God never wavered throughout life's challenges. We are in disbelief and our hearts are filled with sorrow but we know it is time to farewell you as you reunite with Dad and enjoy eternal peace that God knows you deserve. You will always be in our hearts and thoughts and the beautiful memories of love and laughter we shared with you will never fade. We will honour you for generations to come as you will never be forgotten as a piece of you remains in all of us.
