11th Feb 1939 - 17th Jan 2022 A proud veteran of the British Royal Airforce (1960-69) passed away after a valiant struggle with Motor Neurone Disease. Dearly beloved husband of Megs for 59 years, adored father of Karen, respected father-in-law of Shane, much loved Poppy of Blake & Karsha- our two beautiful grandchildren. Loved brother to Margaret & Rex, brother-in-law to Ed and the Anderson family, & loved cousin to so many. RAF buddy to Keith Mitchell & family, Bas D'Souza & family, Ricky Payne & family. Godfather & friend to many, especially all his TAA work colleagues. Respected neighbour to Sam, Cathy & families, Cheryl, Bob & family. Proud member of Bishop Cottons, Doveton Corrie & Angelo Indian Assoc. of Vic. There is a gap in our hearts we cannot fill since you left us my darling. Thankyou for the time you spent with us, your love, unconditional kindness & patience. We will cherish all of the memories we have of you forever. Go in peace to be with your Mum, Dad & Rex. Your daughter is my Pillar of Strength, along with Shane, so know that they are taking good care of me. Nothing makes up for your absence my precious darling husband.
