Passed away peacefully on September 29, 2017. Loving mother to Andrew (Baldy), mother-in-law to Annette and loving grandmother to Shakayne, Blake and Jack. Mum, you will be forever missed. We will always carry the memories we shared with you deep within our hearts. We miss your phone calls and hearing your voice every day, it's never going to be the same.

Nan, you have left our sight, but you will never leave our hearts. Forever and a day Gwen, we will love you. Andrew, Annette, Shakayne, Blake and Jack. Rest in peace
